Simple but refreshing summer pita snack.
Ingredients:
1 grilled chicken breast, shredded ( I used Costco grilled chicken)
1 tsp mashed fresh garlic
1 tomato sliced thinly

1 cucumber, finely sliced
1/4 tsp fresh oregano
2 pita bread
1/2 cup thick yogurt
1/2 cup thick yogurt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp finely minced dill
1 tsp finely minced parsley

Add a little oil a wok. Add the chili powder and garlic and oregano. Then add the shredded chicken. Cook until the chili powder coats the shredded chicken. Add salt and pepper if needed. Keep warm
To make the Tzatziki sauce: Mix yogurt with garlic and cucumber, mint, dill and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Refrigerate before using.
Warm pita bread in an oven.
Cut open the pita into a pocket. Stuffed the chicken, then add the tzatziki, followed by the tomatoes.
