Ingredients:
1 bunch of radishes
1 Tbsp of olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the radish on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast until tender yet firm in the center, about 20 minutes.
Serve in a salad or as a side dish.
