A simple and economical way to add flavors to drinking water without the calories of sodas. If you are bored drinking plain water here are few suggestions to make your water more palatable to drink. Add slices of citrus fruits like lemons, limes or oranges and with some herbs such as mint, lemongrass or parsley. You can also add cucumbers, raspberries and strawberries. If you want to release the flavor of the herbs or fruits, just crush them a little before adding them into the water.
