Place between a flat bread, some turkey slices and spread a little fig conserve. Add a few buffalo mozzarella slices. Smear with a little mayo mustard and hot sauce mixture.
Season with a little salt and ground black pepper. Add some caramelized onion and some arugula. Grill the sandwich on a panini press. Take it off the grill when the cheese starts oozing. Serve hot with a delicious homemade tomato soup.
