The naan I got from Costco were going stale and I decided to make this to be served with dips or salads
These are also very easy to make.
Cut the oval shaped naan in triangles. Spread it on a baking sheet. Sprinkle olive oil and a little salt and bake for 5 minutes at 325 degrees F. Remove from the oven and sprinkle a little more olive oil, some cayenne or paprika, a little Parmesan and caraway seeds.
Put it back in the oven for another 3 or 4 minutes until the naan becomes slightly crispy. Take it out and let it cool before storing.
These are wonderful snack food or can be sprinkle on salads. Very easy to make. All you need is about 2 cups of Pumpkin Seeds. Beat about 2 tablespoons of egg white with 1 tablespoon of confectioner's sugar. Once combined well, add a 1/2 tsp paprika and 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/4 tsp salt and whisk well.
Fold in the pumpkin seeds to coat the egg white mixture.
Spread it on a lined baking sheet and baked it at 325degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes. Take it out. Mix it well again and put it into the oven for another 2 or 3 minutes. to get a beautiful golden brown in color.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey and combine well.
Let it cool before storing in airtight container.
