Snacks - Naan Chips and Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

The naan I got from Costco were going stale and I decided to make this to be served with dips or salads

These are also very easy to make.
Cut the oval shaped naan in triangles. Spread it on a baking sheet. Sprinkle olive oil and a little salt and bake for 5 minutes at 325 degrees F. Remove from the oven and sprinkle a little more olive oil, some cayenne or paprika, a little Parmesan and caraway seeds.

Put it back in the oven for another 3 or 4 minutes until the naan becomes slightly crispy. Take it out and let it cool before storing.

Fold in the pumpkin seeds to coat the egg white mixture.
Spread it on a lined baking sheet and baked it at 325degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes. Take it out. Mix it well again and put it into the oven for another 2 or 3 minutes. to get a beautiful golden brown in color.
Add 1 tablespoon of  honey and combine well.
