Fish Kofte served with Garlic Aioli

Kofta, kufta, qofte or kofte is a Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian appetizer. It is made by grinding the meat or fish, into a fine paste and adding various spices and herbs. This fish kofte is made with bulgur, Turkish red pepper paste, dill, parsley, cumin, etc.. The addition of bulgur makes the kofte light. This can be grilled, baked or fried .
Aioli  makes a good dip for this fish kofte.
