Puy Lentils cooked with Swiss Chard

Ingredients:

1 cup puy lentils, washed and soaked

4 cups Swiss Chards, ribs removed and shredded
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
extra virgin olive oil

Method:

Cook puy lentils until soft. Set aside.

Add some olive oil to a saute pan. Add the garlic, onions and red pepper flakes, some salt and saute until the onions are wilted.
Then add the Swiss Chard and saute until soft. Now add the cooked puy lentils. Cook for about 2 or 3 minutes.
Remove from heat. Serve sprinkled with some Greek feta.
