3 cups Green Beans, blanched
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp shiro miso
3 Tbsp mirin
3 Tbsp mirin
1 Tbsp sake
2 tsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp sesame seed, roasted and pounded
1/2 cup soft tofu, crumbled
Method:
In a small bowl, combine miso, honey, mirin, soy sauce and sake. Whisk until well blended. Add the ground sesame paste and combine well. Adjust seasonings.
