Avocado Salad

Avocado is a tree native to Central Mexico. Avocados were known by the Aztecs as 'the fertility fruit'.
Because of its high fat content, avocado is used in vegetarian cuisine to substitute meats. This fruit can be served raw or can be cooked for a short time.

The most common dish from this fruit is guacamole, a Mexican dip, served with chips.  It can be combined with scrambled eggs or as a filling in an omelette. California rolls and rolled sushi key ingredient is slices of avocado. Avocados can also be made into milkshakes, added to ice cream, eaten with cassava, mixed with white rice, added in salads, mixed in fruit salads.
As a beauty aid, it used as a rejuvenating facial cream.

Ingredients for Avocado Salad:

1/4 cup pickle orange beet, cubed
1/4 cup pickle red beet, cubed
3 or more Tbsp light vinaigrette of your liking
2 Tbsp crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup blanched fava beans
1 avocado, sliced

Method:

Put all the vegetables in a bowl. Add the vinaigrette and toss gently not to mush  the avocado. Sprinkle with a little crumble cheese, pepper and serve immediately.
