Chicken Dupont - Morrocan Inspired

Inspired by Moroccan cuisine this cumin, coriander, fennel and black pepper and preserved lemon flavored chicken is saute and put into the oven for about 10 minutes. The sauce is made out of chicken stock with a little cream and spices. 





Here it is served with spiced sauce, saute brussel sprouts, olives and wedges of lemon preserves. Sprinkle with a little coriander leaves. I also made a some mashed garlic sweet potato to accompany this very juicy well balanced spiced chicken breast.
