|Silken tofu or Japanese-style tofu has a custard-like texture.|
1 tube silken tofu, cut into 1/2 thick
1 Tbsp garlic chili paste in oil1 tsp or less fish sauce
1 Tbsp ginger, julienned
1 tsp chopped garlica handful of blanched kale
Fry the silken tofu until golden brown.
In a wok, heat some oil, add ginger and garlic. Then add the chili paste followed by the fried tofu.
Stir fry for 2 or 3 minutes. Add some fish sauce and add one tablespoon water.
Serve immediately on a bed of blanched kale.
